biscuits are self rising flour lard ,or butter whole milk, or butter milk. mixed all togeter until made into dough.then rolled out into hand sized portions. then place on greased floured cookie sheet. at about 425* preheated oven. when the bottom gets brown turn the oven on broil. until the top gets brown. but you better stay with them cause they will burn.
